3D CNC Routers:

Our DXseries CNC routers are available in many sizes to meet most of the customer's requirement. High quality mechanical parts and electronics are used in these cnc routers.  DXseries CNC routers are capable of handling tough jobs due to its heavy duty construction.  CNC Routers come with 1 year warranty.  Colombo spindles with inverters are fitted in all of our models.

Special construction available for wood working application including vacuum table top and dust collection device.

Specially built routers for marble & granite engraving are available.  These machines are extremely strong and has a bed with continuous flow of coolant to get best result on stones and long lasting of tool bits.

Design and toolpath Software:

 

All machines are bundled with one of the following softwares based on customers request.

 

CASmate & ENROUTE 2.1 SOFTWARE for 2D application. 

 

TYPE3 4.3 SOFTWARE for 3D application.

 

OPTIONS:  Vacuum table( combination of T-slot and vacuum bed), blower, Higher spindle power up to 7HP & Dust collecting device are available on request.

Applications include cnc  for wood working, acrylic cutting, POP, sign making, advertising etc.. . These  routers are mainly used by custom fabrication, sign making & wood working.  They come in different sizes to suit an individual's requirement. These machines normally carry from 2HP spindle Colombo to 7HP spindle and can cut upto 30mm thick acrylic and 18mm thick dieboards.
